Your photos stay private.

What we collect

We store sign details, preview requests, contact details, gift notes and order information. Your unfinished cart stays in your browser. We save campaign source tags with requests and orders.

Addresses

Your cottage address is used for address search only and is not stored in your sign order. Marker coordinates are stored with your design. Shipping addresses are collected separately at checkout.

Photos

Uploaded photos are kept privately and used only to prepare your design. Order photos are removed after shipping. The retention period for requests without orders is still being confirmed. Contact us to request deletion.

Advertising permission

Advertising measurement remains inactive until configured. If enabled, Facebook measurement only runs after advertising permission. You can change permission through Cookie settings. We do not share your uploaded photos, names printed on signs or cottage address with Facebook.

Payments and messages

Stripe handles payment details. Mapbox handles address search when connected. Email and optional preview texts require connected delivery services. Text consent is optional and separate.
